The main alloying element of 6063 series aluminum plate is Magnesium and Silicon. Adding magnesium to the alloy containing 3%-75% Silicon can form Mg2Si with remarkable strengthening effect, which makes the warmth treatment effect of the alloy much better than that of al-Mg binary alloy. With the rise of Silicon and magnesium content within the alloy, the tensile hardness are further improved, but its resistance to worry corrosion and spalling corrosion are decreased. the fabric will generally add atiny low amount of copper chromium and other alloys.
